Skin changer — do other players see my skins or just me

Genuinely confused about this one. If I put on a skin I don't own, is it client side only or does the whole lobby see it. And can you use ones that aren't in the shop yet

Closed threadClient side. Everyone else sees your actual equipped skin, so don't expect compliments in the lobby
Kind of kills it for me then, half the point is being seen
Half the point is looking at something other than the default while you play, and it's cheaper than V-Bucks. Different strokes
You can preview stuff that isn't out yet but the ones with unique models are hit and miss, some come out broken looking
